First AIM (Anatomy in Motion) practitioner in the state of Michigan.

Trained and Certified in FMS (Functional Movement System).

Graduated top of her class from Baker College of Owosso in 2010. 

 Experienced working with various types of athletes, working with a variety of sports, including, basketball, football, tennis, gymnastics, crossfit, running, and kettlebell sport.

IKFF  level 2 Coach Certified. IKFF.net

Regularly Coaches movement improvement, general conditioning, and kettlebell sport group and individual classes.

Competitive lifts in Kettlebell sport competitions across the Country.

Has worked full time in the body work field since 2010, accumulating thousands of hands on hours with injured athletes, and active people.

Trained specifically in Kinesiology taping for pediatric clients in 2020. 

Completed Movnat training in 2020.

Completed NERVVY training in 2021.
